About Me
I'm a 22 year old hobbyist artist who currently works full-time in the retail pharmacy field. When I'm not slinging pills to pay my bills, I'm home with my loving boyfriend and our three fur-babies: Gemini, Miles, and Chai. My hobbies outside of creating include hiking, playing video games, and spending time with my friends.I started my art journey as far back as 2009, though always grew up with an enjoyment of creation. It could be science experiments in the kitchen with mixing household cleaners to make a concoction, or creating my own illustrated stories by taking printer paper from my mother's printer and stapling them together to create the imitation of a book. I discovered digital art when I was roughly 9 or 10 years old while exploring a wonderful website called YouTube. I was a big fan of Erin Hunter's Warriors series (which is still a guilty pleasure to this day.) One day, I stumbled across time-lapse drawings created by other creators detailing scenes from the novels. That was when I decided I wanted to do that too, and started creating my own silly cat drawings on MS Paint and my trackpad on my laptop that used to be dedicated just for school.Many years later, I'm still creating art! Creating for me at the moment is mostly a hobby due to sustainability. But I hope to eventually have the ability to put more time into creative works!

Digital Icons
Base price: $20 USD
> +$8 USD to add animation (price may vary depending on complexity)Each icon will come with a character bust with an expression and colored background of your choice.
Unspecified canvas sizes will be 300 x 300 pixels by default.
Character Bust
Base price: $20 USD
> + $10 USD to add animation

> + $10 USD to add shadingA head-shot bust of a character of your choice. A simple background is optional. Transparent backgrounds are default.
Half-body Bust
Base price: $30 USD

Reference Sheet
Front view only: $60 USD
Full reference sheet: $120 USD

Painted Scene
Base price: $85 USDA complex painted scene involving one or more character placed in a scene.For larger projects involving multiple pieces, such as book illustrations, final prices will be determined per order.

Terms of Service
It is recommended that all clients read through these terms of service before placing their order. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms, as these will be standard through the commission process.If there is a working contract involved, the contract will be followed and client rights still apply.
1. General Terms
▹ All of the following terms are subject to change at any time without warning. In these events, I will do my best to reach out to all affected parties, but contact cannot be guaranteed.
▹ If the client violates these terms at any time, I reserve the right as the artist to cancel your order without refund and further profit from the piece in any way I see fit.
▹ Each art piece will have a subtle watermark included in the final product. This watermark may not be tampered with, and will result in an immediate blacklist if done so intentionally by the client.
▹ Commission work is an extremely part-time endeavor for me for the foreseeable future, as I work a full-time job away from art. Due to this, turnaround times cannot be guaranteed without a deadline. Turnaround time can be within a span of a few weeks to a few months. Communication will always be open during any empty stretch of time, and updates and/or works in progress will always be provided upon request at any time.
▹ Deadlines can be set and met upon request during the ordering process! Deadlines may be adjusted (within reason) only once after the order has been placed. All deadlines will be respected by both parties, with the exception of emergent life events that may/will change ability to complete a project on time.
▹ Clients may request their piece to be a private commission, which will not be posted online. This must be specified before the artwork is finished by myself.
▹ I maintain the right as the artist to reject a commission for any reason, and I am not obligated to communicate the reason(s) why.
2. Payment Policy
▹ PayPal and KoFi are primary forms of payment, though I’m happy to compromise on other accessible forms of payment if necessary.
▹ Payments should not be made until the final invoice is confirmed between the client and myself beforehand.
▹ Payments will primarily be sent to the client via emailed invoice, and should be paid as such.
▹ Payment plans can be arranged, but must be done so before the order is finalized.
▹ Work on an order will not start until the order has been paid for in full. This includes the completion of payment plans agreed upon ordering.
▹ Any charge backs will result in an immediate blacklist, and protocol described in the Refund & Cancellation Policies will be followed.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policies
▹ A client may request a cancellation at any time, however all orders will only be eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of the confirmed invoice date.
▹ Commissions that have a final sketch or more are not eligible for refunds, even if the refund is requested within the 30 day refund period.
▹ I reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. In the situation where I cancel an order, a full refund will be given back to the client within 7-14 business days even if it is outside of the refund period.
▹ Charge backs as stated will result in an immediate blacklist. Information regarding the situation will be sent to other affiliated artists as well. Any aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece will be lost, and the charge back will be declined with proof of charge back to the payment-method company (i.e. Paypal).
4. Copyright & Usage
I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced piece (unless specified otherwise). This means I may use the copyrighted artwork to:
▹ Promote myself with the artwork on all platforms (website, social media, advertisements, etc.)
▹ Display and/or post with the artwork on any social media platform (unless the commission is apart of a private commission)
▹ Include the piece in my personal gallery/portfolio
▹ Publish the pieceThe client may:
▹ Use their commissioned art solely in non-commercial ways and/or for private use
▹ May upload the completed product to social medias with appropriate credit to me, the artist.
▹May use the commissioned product to raise the value of a character only by the amount of currency paid by the client. Ex: A shaded full-body would raise a character's value by $65 USD.The client may not:
▹ May not sell the commissioned product as their own for profit.
▹ Use the artwork in relation with any and all AI or image generation training/software whether for personal or private use. Any publicly posted AI images trained on or using my artwork (no matter the platform) will have a copyright takedown request sent out. If necessary, further legal action will be taken.
